From the moment you commission me, you are agreeing to all my Terms of Service and my working conditions. I kindly ask you to carefully read all topics to avoid possible misunderstandings and complications:[1.0] Payment should be made after approval of the sketch;[2.0] The process of sketching is necessarily shown. Lineart and Rendering are not usually shown, since it can disturb the artist’s workflow. These art stages can be shown if the commissioner asks regardless;[3.0] Any big modifications in Lineart or Rendering stages will be charged;[4.0] Adding/Fixing details that complements the drawing will be acceptable (such as sweat, fur, blush, eye shine etc);[5.0] The customer may use the commission commercially;[6.0] I may use the commission on my portfolios, online exhibitions or commission sheet;[7.0] As a customer, you are entitled to share the commission on any social platform as long as you credit it properly;[8.0] As a costumer, you can choose to be credited or be left anonymous on the commission post;[9.0] Customers can resell Adopts or Custom characters;[10.0] A fee will be applied if the costumer asks for commission confidentiality (+35% of the artwork's price)[11.0] Refunds asked by the costumer are given in 20% if the artist has already started the drawing process.
